Defiant Development’s 2015 card/action/RPG game Hand of Fate was a surprisingly engaging mishmash of deck building, RPG stats, and Arkham-style combat. It was an excellence piece of indie awesomeness, and the sequel has been heavily anticipated since its announcement.
Well, we officially know that we won’t have long to wait for Hand Of Fate 2’s release, as it’s been announced for November 7th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Beyond a few changes including NPCs companions, Hand Of Fate 2 looks like a hell of a lot of the same. And I, for one, have absolutely no problem with that. Whether or not it’ll be able to weather out the storm of releases like Call Of Duty: WWII and Star Wars Battlefront 2 remains to be seen, but it definitely looks like something that’ll make the indie crowd happy.
